The School Year

All New Zealand schools have a four-term year. The academic year commences in late January and finishes in early December. Students may enroll at the start of Terms 1, 2 and 3 and will only be accepted in Term 4 in exceptional circumstances. Students entering for National Qualifications are required to be in attendance for the full academic year. Students intending to undertake tertiary study in New Zealand need to study at Year 12 and Year 13 to achieve the entry requirements. We will accept students for short courses.
