This week we have been incredibly proud to see the success of our Shave for a Cure fundraiser, an initiative driven by our prefects in support of blood cancer research. At the time of writing, the group has raised more than $6,000, which is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the generosity and community spirit of our students, staff, whānau, and wider community. The willingness of students to step forward, support an important cause, and make a positive difference for others is something we value greatly at Taieri College. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, participated, or helped organise this event. A special acknowledgement must go to Rosie Mitchell for the contribution she has made in co-ordinating the event.
